What is it about?

The experiences of older LGBTQ+ adults with the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States resonate with past experiences with the HIV/AIDS pandemic. We examine several important sources of comorbidity and trends in pandemic response perceptions experienced by older LGBTQ+ adults and point to opportunities for queer-inclusive disaster and pandemic response, including harm reduction strategies with their unique experiences in mind.
