This paper lets me share the importance of school's role in strengthening school community in building school resilience, especially the synergy of students' and teachers' role. School resilience can be measured by six aspects with the appropriate instrument, so that schools can improve the aspects which are still low in their environment, because school resilience supports disaster mitigation.
