What is it about?

There is a need for better strategic investments in AI infrastructure. Furthermore, there needs to be proper strategies for capacity building and imparting of AI skills to librarians and users alike. These, accompanied by the development of AI policy frameworks will assist academic libraries to maximise the benefits of AI and minimise the ethical concerns.
