Why is it important?
New ventures are constrained by an access to various resources. This paper highlights through a case, various means through which start ups can leverage their networks for mitigating the resource gaps.
Perspectives
I believe that many wannabe entrepreneurs don't take the first step towards establishing their venture, because they are daunted by various resource constraints (e.g. lack of access to capital, infrastructure etc). This paper tries to offer an alternative perspective to such entrepreneurs. It cites that alternative models are possible and a wise usage of their networks can help them overcome their resource constraints to some extent.
