What is it about?
Although language diversity is gaining increasing attention in the management literature, there is still a silence around translation processes in research. Our literature review demonstrates the colonialist assumptions which underpin much management knowledge production, which we highlight in order to suggest ways in which translation can contribute to making such assumptions visible.
