What is it about?

While positive psychology has contributed to research on career development by focusing on healthy functioning, human potential, and well-being, the impact of strengths on the career lifespan is still not well understood. This paper develops testable ideas about how age relates to strengths and discusses what kind of organizational support workers of different ages might need to make the most of their strengths.
