What is it about?

Aging executives demonstrate that their knowledge, skills and years of experience are valuable in their career transition into the emerging, and stigmatized recreational cannabis industry. Where aging workers are typically relegated to notions of retirement, this group were motivated to enter an emerging and stigmatized industry believed to be a young persons arena. Using individual ambidextrous competencies, they were able to adapt and maneuver the ever changing and unknown boundary conditions in their decision to successfully transition into this industry.
