Employability skills of the next generation of Chinese factory workers

What is it about?

This study provides an instrument to measure employability skills in China. Findings show that Chinese adolescents of lower socioeconomic status have lower employability skills and more difficulties to increase them compared to those of higher socioeconomic status.
