What is it about?
Expatriate failures are emerging and effective expatriation is a challenging issue in international management. We examine the critical role played by cultural flow in fostering successful expatriate cross-border transitions. It finds that the relationship between cultural intelligence and adjustment is contingent on the interaction of position status and assignment directions.
