What is it about?

We offer a different vision of the concept of dynamic managerial capabilities and our measurement can be seen as an alternative formative approach. We see dynamic managerial capability as a mediator between the affective states of managers and their firms’ performance. We contribute to the field of the impact of emotions on managerial cognitive capabilities.
