What is it about?

This qualitative study led to the discovery of three "Milky Ways", as emerging types of Sustainable Business Models (SBM) in the dairy industry, based on firm peculiarities like the level of formalisation of sustainability practices, the scope of operations, and the degree of integration of the three dimensions of sustainable value (environmental, social and economic). These findings emerged connecting the components of the Business Models framework and the Sustainable Value Exchange Matrix (SVEM).
