What is it about?

As consumer interest in organic foods continues to grow, food businesses need increasing amounts of organic farm products to make certified organic foods. Locating the certified organic commodities is often difficult, since organic comprises a tiny share of overall production. We show the different ways that food businesses work with their suppliers to secure the organic products they require.
