What is it about?
The sensory quality of mineral water is important, and sensory characterization methods aligned with hedonic results are important tools in the quality control of the products and must be routinely adopted. We showed that TDS can be used as a complementary tool to the QDA, contributing to a deeper comprehension of the differences among samples, even in products with low differences among samples, such as bottled mineral water.
