What is it about?

Education is a crucial variable in influencing the consumer attitude and behaviour toward healthy and sustainable products even if it emerges also a problem of clarity of label. The consumers have a little attention to information provided on the label for sustainable food consumption and environmental protection and little knowledge of environmental problems. In many cases, however, there is also a potential interest and sensitiveness to have a sustainable behavior in broad sense but there is the lack of knowledge about how to behave to be sustainable.
