What is it about?
Secondary school food education is important in developing food-related knowledge and skills among adolescents. It is important to explore the different stakeholders’ opinions of food education to obtain suggestions for its further improvement. Accordingly we recruited two groups of beneficiaries of this education (parents and young adults) and explored their opinions of secondary school education in Australia. These findings inform the gaps in current secondary school food education and provide insights for further improvement of secondary school food education.
