What is it about?

Food waste causes negative effects on the environment and the economy. Public food services play a significant role in shaping dietary habits and are responsible for substantial amounts of food waste. We study how the introduction of an environmentally sustainable and healthy menu with a lower climate impact affects the amount of food waste at early education centres in Finland.
