What is it about?
Research efforts aiming to improve understanding of how various organizational relationships contribute to better food quality (FQ) in a constantly changing business environment are limited. We adopt a comprehensive research model to examine the effects of various supply chain organisational relationships on food quality in unpredictable business situations. We find that uncertain business situations not only lead to closer supply chain organizations but also moderate how each organisational relationship contributes to better FQ.
