What is it about?

Contractors see the need to improve their productivity because this will increase their profitability, allow them to complete projects on time and make them competitive. However, while they can improve productivity by training their workers, investing in mechanisation and other site activities, a large part of productivity improvement is based on government's initiatives and what designers do.
