Transformational leadership and task performance: the mediating role of leader–member exchange, organizational support and work engagement

What is it about?

This study looked at how transformational leadership affects the performance of sales team members in Colombian companies. We found that having a good relationship with the leader and feeling supported by the organization can make a big difference in how well team members perform their tasks. Our findings provide insights into how leadership can impact performance in a context with cultural differences.
