Why is it important?

For those early in their academic career, the pressure to publish is immense. This article provides insights and seeks to demystify the process for early career (and mid-career) academics, especially those undertaking taxation research.

Perspectives

As a journal editor, and editorial board member/ad hoc reviewer for several international peer-reviewed journals, I am in a position to offer insights from more than 25 years experience. The article is a revised version of a key note address.
