What is it about?

Owing to the differences between indoor and outdoor food delivery robot (OFDR) services, we identify the impacts of positive (cost-saving, accessibility, attractiveness, and sustainability) and negative performance risk on OFDR adoption and also uncover new insights, including tipping, social anxiety, and service recovery. The findings argue the possibility of OFDRs replacing human food delivery jobs shortly, guiding the future multi-stakeholder collaborations.
