Management should be cognizant of possible burnout among employees who experienced workplace incivility and to take appropriate training as preventive measures.

Perspectives

I hope this article highlights the importance of burnout in the workplace incivility literature and for organisations/managers to consider preventative management strategies before it becomes a big issue.
