What is it about?

Many people with Intellectual Difficulties are not always given a place to share their experiences of mental health services. We held a group for people to be able to say how they felt. They said that being listened to and having good relationships with other people were important but this did not always happen. They also said that losing people they cared about and coping with their symptoms was hard.
