What is it about?
This study looks at how digital technologies are changing online learning communities in Thailand. The research focuses on how tools like AI and automated feedback systems are influencing the way people learn, making education more flexible and personalized. However, while these technologies offer many benefits, they can also make learning feel less personal and reduce direct interaction between learners and teachers. The study also highlights important concerns, such as privacy and fairness, which need to be carefully managed. The findings are useful for teachers, policymakers, and technology developers, suggesting that while technology can improve education, it’s important to keep the human connection strong. This research provides new insights, especially for non-Western countries, about how to effectively use technology in education without losing the personal touch that is so important for learning.
