What is it about?
As a main agent of industry, university students need to be equipped with digital competence (DC) to adapt to the modern world. This study finds a student’s DC assessment framework in Vietnam by considering three key dimensions of DC: use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) resources, knowledge about ICT resources, and attitude towards ICT.
