The embedded construction of price fairness evaluations: a case study of Air Greenland

What is it about?

The paper analyses how norms of fairnes are constructed in relation to pricing policies and negotiations. We find that fairness norms are constructed differently which complicate pricing negotiations. We further find that "need" was constructed as a specific norm in the pricing negotiation.
