What is it about?
Ch 3 explores how AI will likely change the way leaders and managers will need to operate after AI emerges, including staff and other changes required. Whilst job losses and industries may be lost and transformed the future is not entirely bleak - where new opportunities are likely to emerge for those that are creative, niche or innovative.

Why is it important?
AI will likely affect the organization in new and unique ways, where the leader and manager of the past may be especially challenged with more data, more integration of technology and different staffing skills required.
Perspectives
As someone involved in organizational change since the early 1980's I believe that organizational change can and should be implemented differently to the past as all too few deliver what is expected - many changes historically bruise and harm staff relationships so countering some of the perceived benefits. This book is in the end my contribution towards managers and leaders knowledge of change in the future. Where change already is full of Disruption that is characterized with fast pace, uncertainty and lack of clear data. My recent research is included as a means that may assist change managers to monitor their changes during, rather than after the change.
