The book defines and reviews the Disruptions of today, considers future disruptions and considers how organisations of the future will meed to be run by manager and leaders. This Ch1 defines the terms of Disruption and Artificial Intelligence linking those to organizational change and the implications for managers and leaders of the future. Yes this recent book tabled how preparing for pandemics was important for the future of organisations, so relevant today with COVID-19 or coronavirus. So many other emerging #disruption to consider if you are wanting to be a modern manager or leader.

The future business environment will be characterised by fast paced change in uncertainty with high risk. Managers and leadersin this Disruption will find that their old ways may need to change in order to survive in this new era.
