How can teachers work together to teach accounting concepts more effectively?

Why is it important?

Teachers learn to apply the variation theory of learning to design, implement and review lessons. This seems to improve their capability to teach more effectively.

This is my first paper where I learn to be a teacher-researcher. The study was based on my PhD research. Working collaboratively with other teachers and a knowledgeable other such as a professor can improve the quality of a professional development activity.
