What is it about?

New approaches and also challenges in understanding the importance of the role of conduct in electronic business in general and in mobile phone industry in particular are discussed. Sony Ericsson' code of conduct is given as an example. Qualitative interviews with its Sustainability leadership gave us the insight about the CSR practices.
