What is it about?

This paper aimed to increase the awareness of developing countries’ corporations and academics concerning the significant importance of CRE holdings in corporate asset portfolios. It will demonstrate how corporate real estate management can be employed by organisations in developing countries to add value to overall business value by adopting quantitative evaluation measures to determine space utilisation and occupation of organisations.
