Why is it important?

This paper identifies two significant variables to predict organisational learning. It is a pioneering effort to use team processes and leadership style together as predictors of organisational learning in Indian context.

Perspectives

Leadership style of executives ought to impact the learning in their organizations. Likewise the cohesion, support, confrontation and problem solving processes by members also influence the organisational learning. Appropriate leadership styles and better processes may enhance the learning levels as shown in the research.
