What is it about?
The statement is proved about the existence of problem solving of the variational calculus on the choice of optimal laws of parametrical regulation within a given finite set of algorithms for discrete dynamical systems The statement is proved about the sufficient conditions of the existence of bifurcation point of extremals of variational calculus tasks on the choice of optimal laws of parametrical regulation within a given finite set of algorithms for discrete dynamical systems. The optimal laws were defined for parametrical regulation of the economic system based on the studied mathematical model (at a level of one and two parameters). Bifurcation line was plotted for the given interval of the unregulated parameters. The efficiency of the application of the parametric control theory on the example of a CGE model was demonstrated.

Why is it important?
Lots of problems of optimal values assessment of state economic policy tools can be reduced to the evaluation of optimal laws of parametrical regulation of economic systems development. The results can be applied for the choice and implementation of the effective budget and fiscal state policy.
