What is it about?

This paper follows the previous paper (Was Waldram Wrong) and demonstrates that in some key respects the Waldram methodology for assessment of adequacy of daylight in rights of light cases is flawed. Specifically the minimum amount of daylight required for ordinary use and the application of a uniform sky model when the sky is anything but uniform. A new standard is suggested as well as the use of a non uniform CIE sky diagram.

Why is it important?
