Why is it important?
It is one of the fitst empirical analysis about the situation of entrepreneurship education in Italian universities. It discusses the current problems and highlights future developments to improve the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education
Perspectives
As director of the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Università Politecnica delle Marche I am involved in studying the phenomenon of entrepreneurship in Italy, with specific emphasis on academic entrepreneurhsip. To this aim we built and manage two large datasets, one about academic spin-offs in Italian universities (www.spinoffitalia.it) and one about the courses and curricula about entrepreneurship in Italian universities.
