What is it about?

The most difficult and tricky point during automating libraries is ILS migration. This study is first hand experience of a professional who has already experience in libraries, and their patron data conversion from old systems i.e. CDS-ISIS, WIN-ISIS, LAMP, & DB/Text to MARC21 based Integrated library systems KOHA. The other aspect of study is staff training during migrations. Ensuring the staff that this will ease their work & will not harm their existing work or job.
