What is it about?
Entrepreneurship is an important driver for economic growth and development. This study proposes an institutional framework for oil-based economies in order to diversify their economies through entrepreneurship.

Why is it important?
Our literature review showed that it is important that formal institutions such as laws and regulations should go hand in hand with informal institutions such as culture and social norms in order to offer the best environment for entrepreneurs who seek innovation and new start-ups.
Perspectives
it was a great journey to write this paper in the collaborations with my coauthors. I think this article would be interesting for both policymakers and researchers to focus more on entrepreneurship as a solution for better economy and innovation.
