What is it about?
An overview of selected literature on women´s teatment show that we need a women and family pespecive in substance abuse treatment and research. Moreover, a holistic and multidisciplinary treatment apporoach is needed since so many factors and aspects are involved.

My intention is to strengthen the search for good tratment options for women with drug abuse problems
Perspectives
My own opinion is that TC treatment need to develop options for special groups, such as women and persons with psychological problems to meet their special treatment needs
