This research attempted to examine the potential factors that drive employees to participate and involve in company-sponsored volunteering programs. We draw from functional approach perspectives to understand the influence of personal motives and importance of contextual factor.

Given the current scenario, where employee volunteering programs are ever increasing, but employee participation is inversely sinking. It becomes important for organization to understand the potential factors that can activate and attract employees towards volunteering programs.
