What is it about?

We are surrounded by people with different social rank, status or power. Naturally, high-ranking individuals are expected to have greater authority and thus are more effective in influencing others. But is this the case for leaders in organisations? And, specifically, in increasing social engagement? Our paper is the first that examines how power influences environmental behavior and show its value as well as its limitations.
