What is it about?
How an activist researcher and nonprofit organization worked collaboratively to build a coordination of networks of information, resources, and mentoring relationships on and off community college campuses to support Latino students’ college completion goals is explained. Through the development, implementation, and evaluation of accessible operational systems and strategies created to increase degree attainment goals, positive outcomes were made possible.

A College Success model, built upon principles of access, equity and success for all, is explained as a mechanism for challenging college completion disparities for underrepresented student populations within higher education.
Perspectives
This case study exemplified what is possible when individuals of all backgrounds are committed to working together (both inside and outside of the academy) to demonstrate how principles of diversity and inclusion impact the lives of individuals who require guidance in the achievement of their self-actualization goals.
