What is it about?

Keeping employees in the business is important in terms of labor turnover. however, employees seek new jobs for some reasons within the organization. For this reason, it was requested to prevent employees from leaving their jobs by drawing attention to the issues that cause job seeking behaviors while working.

Why is it important?

According to our findings, although employees are satisfied with the institution they work for and the job they do, they behave in a job seeking behavior due to the conflicts they have with their managers. In addition, other problems that lead to job search behavior appear as wages, career and development opportunities.

Perspectives

This research has dealt with employees of the human resources department, which is my field of study. For me, the importance of this research is to reveal why people working in the human resources department are looking for a job and that I have not encountered such a study before.
