What is it about?
Artificial intelligence (AI) brings many benefits to today's organizations in terms of improving performance and optimizing resources. In the world of records management, many authors and practitioners highlight the benefits of integrating AI into archival processes, particularly in terms of records classification, indexing, lifecycle management, and the identification of personal information contained in them. However, the cultural aspects required for the effective integration of AI into records management practices remain unexplored. This article aims to fill this theoretical gap, using the cultural aspects highlighted in the ICF framework suggested by Oliver et Foscarini (2020).
