What is it about?
Uzbekistan is one of the most prominent cotton producers since the soviet era but it has struggled to establish a complete value chain. The country’s strategic location and industrial potential have not been harnessed accordingly. This article aims to critically investigate the barriers in the value chain and propose solutions to the stakeholders in the sector.
