What is it about?

Burnout is a pervasive problem among police officers. It doesn't just affect the officers, but also the police departments and the communities they serve. In this study, we looked at how different parts of a police officer's job can lead to burnout. We found that some stressors affect all police officers, while others only affect certain roles within the department. This suggests that to reduce burnout, we need solutions that address both general and role-specific stressors.
