What is it about?

A fundamental task for a team is to harness the expertise of team members. This study examines the effects of a leader’s expertise recognition on team expertise utilization and team creativity. Furthermore, drawing from the MIP-G theory, we clarified how leader’s motivational traits, namely, social dominance and reflectiveness, moderate these relationships.
