Why is it important?
Physician Leadership is a hot topic that many healthcare organizations care about. It is important to look at what evidence is out there about Physician leadership and to explore the theory behind it. Most research on Physician Leadership has looked at their impact on the organization, we also look at individual and team results, and their impact on patients.
Perspectives
