Influence of elevated temperature on compressive strength of LD slag aggregate concrete

What is it about?

Slag is an unavoidable byproduct of steel making process which not only is difficult to dump but also take away a lot of valuable land in the process. Use of LD slag in concrete can provide an alternative for dumping as well as add some intrinsic value to a waste product.
