What is it about?
In brand management, it is crucial to co-create integrated system with employees. That is aligning strategic, sensory, and organizational identities through continuous communication, and closely involving employees in the branding process. We have studied how brand identity is co-created, constructed and subsequently managed, focusing on how employees contributed to the process in a five-star hotel setting.
