What is it about?
This research shows how universities who wish to increase collaboration with small firms can organize their work in research centers and run innovation support programs. Such programs can use coaching in change management to train the firms in being able to handle more innovation in shorter time. After the program the firms may continue collaboration by taking in student projects and participate in research.
